Life is Like a Wheel

We will be having our family vacation this May. That is if our son does not get sick. In the past years, our son got sick in time for our vacation. Maybe it was just coincidence. Two weeks from now and we are off to the province. We are to attend the town fiesta. That means lots and lots of food. We will also visit some friends and of course our relatives. We will be staying in the ancestral house. How old? Well, it still has stone sinks.Everybody is excited for this trip because we are also going to the beach. Wohoo!

It is summer here in our country! How we like to go on a road trip! What are the things that we need? To maximize time and save some money, I think we should rent a motor home. Is there such thing as that? Could it be more expensive than staying at hotels? One thing sure though, it will be more exciting. You know, going from one place to another. We just have to make sure that we will not contact a motorhome towing service or our vacation is ruined! But, of course, if the towing service is fast enough to attend to whatever emergency thing we need, then we could still go on a smooth sailing vacation. Yes, I dream of a road trip. For now, thanks to buses and airplanes.

Do you make a family vacation a priority? I really envy those people that do! Well, look atheir facebook accounts and there are photos of different places they have gone through as a family.

We have not really gone to another town or place for a vacation. Except for the usual free one day family day courtesy of the good company I am working for.

Family members should have fun together. A trip to the beach or just a stay in a hotel for a few days will do it. That will be a very good way to to bond with each other.

What could be a better gift to someone but letting him go to orlando vacations? My friend just blurted that out when we were having our usual chit chat at the office. Maybe she was that stressed out and we do not really know what was going through her mind when she said that. All we know was that she needs a vacation and hopefully she could do that in the future. She is someone who takes everything seriously. Now, she is all drained with energy and has to chill out a bit. Good thing she could still use as many as 30 days of vacation leave credits. We told her, okay, go and file a vacation leave! She deserves it!

I saw some of the pictures of my cousin’s US trip. She prepared hard for it. Her first stop was Disneyland. She made sure that our relatives abroad had bought the Disney Tickets ahead. You know, it is better that you do not have to fall in line for that so that you could save time and have maximized the day for all of Disney’s attractions.

It was summer when she went there. One of our cousins is inviting her again this November. She mentioned that the Halloween experience at Universal Studios Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights is a blast and something nobody should miss.
