It is the feast being held every 15^th of May supposedly to thank the patron saint of farmers who is San Isidro Labrador. There are many towns in Quezon, Philippines that hold Pahiyas but it is Lucban, Quezon that is most famous for it. That day is actually considered as one of the tourist attractions in the Philippines. Houses are decorated with fruit harvests, vegetables, rice and the well-known Kiping. It has been more than a decade since I have been there. I hope to go back soon to that place where my formation years were spent.
