			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">I miss Pahiyas. It is the feast being held every 15<sup>th</sup> of May supposedly to thank the patron saint of farmers who is San Isidro Labrador. There are many towns in <st1:place st="on"><st1:city st="on">Quezon</st1:City>,  <st1:country-region st="on">Philippines</st1:country-region></st1:place> that hold Pahiyas but it is Lucban, Quezon that is most famous for it. That day is actually considered as one of the tourist attractions in the <st1:place st="on"><st1:country-region st="on">Philippines</st1:country-region></st1:place>. Houses are decorated with fruit harvests, vegetables, rice and the well-known Kiping. It has been more than a decade since I have been there. I hope to go back soon to that place where my formation years were spent.</p>
