Life is Like a Wheel

I watched Grey’s Anatomy today and the greatest neurosurgeon was not able to save his patient’s life. The pregnant lady died and Derrick was called a murderer by her husband. It was a painful scene. If I were in his shoes, I might blame the doctors also. Well, he was speaking with his wife in around an hour ago then all of a sudden, she was already dead? What if he did not send his wife in the operating room?

Loosing someone you love is really tragic. Sometimes, you might not be able to cope up with your everyday life and would come to a point wishing that you should have died with him or her.

Who is not afraid of death? I guess, all of us except those too religious persons claiming that they would go to haven directly. I have nothing against them though. I think they are lucky to have that faith.

ABC shows like Desperate Housewives, Private Practice and Grey’s Anatomy had a one week break? I was excited to know if Derek finally proposed to Meredith. I thought I would be able to watch it last week. Well then at least last night I was able to finally view the fourteenth episode of the show entitled “Beat Your Heart Out”. The episode turned out to be entertaining though there is no happy ending yet when Addison called Derek. The preparation of the bestfriends, Mark and Derek turned out futile because of that. I liked the ending though that there was a rose petal left under the pillow. Oh, well, that would be something I would look forward to come Friday.

Thank you to online TV! I am able to watch my favorite TV shows. I recently watched GA latest episode which is Stairway to Heaven. It was very touching. Actually, the story was about a boy who needs a liver and intestines to survive and about a PDR- prisoner- death row brain patient who would be sentenced to death in five days. Time is ticking for the bot and in less than 24 hours he would die…

In an ordinary plot, the prisoner might be able to give his organs to the kids because he is dying anyway. But, no! The writers of GA are so great and have brilliant ideas! I loved the twist.

The PDR died the right way- punished for killing a number of women. The boy did not die. There was a brain dead patient and his wife was pursuaded by the chief to donate his organs and let go…

Well, the moment the prisoner closed his eyes, the boy opened his… Now that was an expected act but still touching.

Tomorrow, I would be watching if Derek would finally propose to Meredith…

I have been away from blogging lately. No drops, no entries, no comments. Anyways, I have been busy what? Well, office, sleeping and watching TV! Actually watching some of my favorite US shows online. Thanks to those sites that make that possible. Just a while ago, I finished watching episode 10 of Grey’s Anatomy’s season 5. I like the episode. There are many stories in each episode but the one that struck me was the case of a woman who had not spoken for five years and she just communicated with his husband by the use of post-its containing short responses like yes and no! Oh, how hard that situation could be. The mighty and yummy Mark Sloan performed a procedure for her to speak again. The scene when she finally said hi to her husband was really touching.

Come to think of it. Could you live this life without a voice? I could not. I am a very expressive and sometimes even considered as a loud person. Moreover, I love to hear other people’s voices too! Oh, I could not forget the first time my son called me Mommy and said I love you.

I was a Grey’s Anatomy addict before. I was able to watch Seasons 1,2 and 3 in a week’s time! Thanks to my friends who lent those DVDs. Supposedly, I was excited to watch season 4 but it was seemed dragged because of the writers’ strike? I was not able to keep track of it in YouTube neither because I think it has infringement issues already? Anyways, I just thought about it again last night and I learned that there is already a Season 5! Luckily, I was able to get the full episode 1 but I had to watch it until 4AM because of the slow internet connection. Now, I am having a terrible headache due to lack of sleep. Oh, McDreamy! You really gave me a headache but I am glad to see you again!
