Life is Like a Wheel

What is inside my mind right now? Food! My sister in law is cooking Pork Sinigang with lots of vegetables! Perfect for a rainy day! I am thinking of Chicken Pork Adobo later. Then, there is choco porridge for merienda! Most of all, the family is complete and we also have other company, the family of my sister in law.

I am planning to do it every weekend. Well, we are just together right now because of the pending flood. we have a second floor and that is where all of us will stay if ever.

I have a generous brother. Good thing, his employer is generous also just like him. What am I talking about? Recently, my brother game me a old ceiling exhaust for our comfort room. That means a lot of savings to me. He has always been a giver. He gives us led lights, electric fans and many more. We are now waiting for him to give us new items like gunvault. Yes, we might be needing that soon.

By this time, I am sure that my Aunt who works abroad is done filling in those shipping boxes. I wonder what is in store for us this Christmas. It is always a very good surprise. The thought itself and the effort of buying things for us is really well appreciated. We are now waiting for her call for us to go to her house. More than the material things that we will get going there, what we are excited about is to see our relatives. We get to see them only once in a year. It is still a good feeling that you belong and you are not alone in this world.

I am worried about my friend. She is getting thinner and thinner as days go buy. No, she is not taking fat burners. She is having a very big family problem that caused her not to eat and just think about it all the time. She is miserable. She lost more than 30 pounds in two months. I do not know if I will be sad for her or be happy for her. She is on the heavy side. The losing of weight is doing her good somehow but I am concerned about her health… and her happiness. I hope she will be able to finally move on. Anyways, there are other fishes in the ocean.

One of my friends is going to leave the country for good. The reason? Everybody’s reason. That is to seek greener pasture. This early, even if she is not yet in the land of milk and honey, her relatives and the rest of the people who are close to her are trying to cheer her up so that she would not be home sick. Well, the usual goodbyes and see you soon and bring me this and that talk. I heard one of her nieces asking for shoes. She said that she wants Naot shoes. I think her niece has a great taste for shoes. I searched for Naot shoes online and I love some pairs for myself. No, I did not tell my friend to buy me one too. I might just purchase it online.
